  • Parking: Free parking is available near the side of the road. Paid parking at LAZ Parking $20-25

  • Meeting Location: LAZ Parking, near the Restroom/picnic tables

  • Time: 530pm-730pm (*estimated time)

  • Bring: Yoga Mat or something to lay on, water, sun protection, bug protection.

  • Fee: $20 early registration, $30 same day.

Itinerary:

  1. Sign-in: Fill out & Sign “Liability Waiver”

  2. Introduction & Stretch (15min)

  3. Hike uphill (15-30min)

  4. Sound Bath at Guy Fleming Trail, 30min

  5. Hike downhill or explore on your own.
