• Parking: Paid Parking (Weekdays: Mon-Fri, $5-$6 per day) (Weekend & Holidays, $9-$10 per day).

• Meeting Location: Near entrance gate. Look for event signs.

• Time: 10am-1pm (*estimated time, might be longer)

• Bring: Yoga Mat or something to lay on, Water.

• Fee: $15 early registration, $20 same day.

Itinerary:

1. Sign-in: Fill out & Sign “Liability Waiver”

2. Introduction & 15min stretch

3. Hike uphill (45-1hr)

4. Sound Healing, half point, 30min

5. Hike downhill (45-1hr)
