• Parking: Free parking is available near the side of the road. Paid parking at LAZ Parking $20-25

• Meeting Location: LAZ Parking area, look for the sign and the red sound bowl.

• Time: 10am-1pm (*estimated time)

• Bring: Yoga Mat or something to lay on, water, sun protection, bug protection.

• Fee: $15 early registration, $20 same day.

Itinerary:

1. Sign-in: Fill out & Sign “Liability Waiver”

2. Introduction & 15min stretch

3. Hike uphill (15-30min)

4. Sound Healing, end of Guy Fleming Trail, 30min

5. Hike downhill or explore on your own.
